Very excited to finally pick up Paul Hegedus's first full-length poetry collection, In Stereo, last night at the BookThug launch. I've known Paul for a few years now and was happy to have been asked to work with him in seeing the manuscript through the press.Paul's book contains my favourite type of poetry--one that is as attentive to how language sounds as to how it signifies. It is full of puns, wordplay, and verbal collage that zings and sings.
